Scheduling Coordinator
We are seeking someone who has a great phone presence and likes to manage a schedule. Our Scheduling Coordinator is usually the first person our clients speak to. You should be comfortable on the phone and have a great phone presence, and enjoy speaking to strangers. We get one chance to make a great first impression and our Scheduling Coordinator is the one who takes on this role. You will work primarily with our CRM system and make sure our Estimators are scheduled properly. Our Office Manager will work closely with you to make sure you have all of the information needed to be successful in your position.

Phone Sales Representative
We are seeking a Phone Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients. A Sales Rep, or Salesperson, is responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales. Their duties include developing sales pitches to sell our services and products, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers, and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.
