That is why we offer a secondary warranty with a tiered charging system that allows you to customize your coverage based on your specific needs. 

Our secondary warranty offers additional coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty included with all of our concrete restoration services. With this add-on warranty, you can choose the level of coverage that best suits your needs and budget. 

Here is a breakdown of the tiered charging system: 

  • Tier 1: This level of coverage extends the warranty for an additional two years beyond the standard one-year warranty. The cost for this level of coverage is 10% of the total project cost. 
  • Tier 2: This level of coverage extends the warranty for an additional three years beyond the standard one-year warranty. The cost for this level of coverage is 15% of the total project cost. 
  • Tier 3: This level of coverage extends the warranty for an additional five years beyond the standard one-year warranty. The cost for this level of coverage is 20% of the total project cost 

This add-on warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship that may arise during the additional warranty period. If any issues arise, we will promptly repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you.

  2. Completion Date: N&M Restoration will complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in completing the project. N&M Restoration will keep the customer informed of any changes in the estimated completion date. 
  3. Warranty: N&M Restoration provides a one-year warranty for all concrete restoration services. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may arise during the first year after the completion of the project. 
  4. Liability: N&M Restoration is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur on the customer’s property during the project or after completion of the project. The customer assumes all liability for any damages or injuries that may occur on their property. 
  5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the project is located. 

Additional Terms for Extended Aftercare Warranty: 

  1. Coverage: The extended aftercare warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may arise during the additional warranty period, as outlined in the tiered charging system. This warranty is an add-on service that is available at an additional cost.
  2. Reporting: The customer must report any issues or defects covered by the extended aftercare warranty to N&M Restoration in a timely manner. Failure to report an issue in a timely manner may result in additional damage and may void the warranty.
  3. Repairs: N&M Restoration will promptly repair or replace any areas covered by the extended aftercare warranty that are found to have defects in materials or workmanship during the additional warranty period. Repairs will be made at no cost to the customer.
  4. Exclusions: The extended aftercare warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect. It also does not cover damage caused by events beyond N&M Restoration’s control, such as natural disasters or vandalism.
  5. Transferability: The extended aftercare warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original customer who purchased the warranty. 

By purchasing the extended aftercare warranty, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you have any questions about the terms and conditions or the extended aftercare warranty, please contact N&M Restoration.

  • Upon receipt of a warranty claim, N&M Restoration will evaluate and assess the issue or defect to determine if it is covered under the warranty. 
  • If the issue or defect is covered under the warranty, N&M Restoration will schedule a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

  • N&M Restoration will schedule the repair or replacement at a time that is convenient for the customer. 
  • The repair or replacement will be performed by N&M Restoration’s warranty department, which is separate from the company’s ongoing new jobs. 
  • The warranty department will complete the repair or replacement as quickly and efficiently as possible while ensuring quality workmanship.

  • N&M Restoration will communicate with the customer throughout the entire repair or replacement process, providing regular updates and answering any questions or concerns the customer may have. 
  • Once the repair or replacement is complete, N&M Restoration will inform the customer and provide any necessary documentation for the warranty claim. 

By having a separate warranty department, N&M Restoration can ensure that all warranty work is prioritized and completed promptly, without interfering with ongoing new jobs. This process also allows for clear communication and documentation between N&M Restoration and the customer throughout the repair or replacement process.
