From Replacement to Pavers, we have you covered
Is your home’s driveway or walkway shifting, crumbling, deteriorating or just flat out falling apart due to age or extreme Michigan weather? Driveways are the introduction to the house. It is the area that people will see first. The entrance to the house should be emphasized and therefore maintained.
Stamped concrete gives the illusion that it is a different material. It is made to resemble common building elements such as stone, tiles, bricks and even wood. Stamped concrete looks great in all spaces that hold concrete. You won’t be disappointed in the results and most of all, your home will have an added dimension to it. Stamped concrete requires very low maintenance, it only requires to be re-sealed every 2-4 years (depending on high traffic areas)
Foundations are required to support structures like homes, garages, porches and other masonry structures. Foundations need to be excavated below the frost line in areas where the ground freezes in the winter. Throughout most of Michigan the frost line is 42 inches down, and must reach solid ground. In all of our foundations we install rebar throughout to add strength to the concrete.
